1. Services Provided
We offer on-site and remote technical services, including but not limited to:
PC diagnostics, repair, and optimization
TV mounting and home theater setup
Smart device installation and integration
Network setup and troubleshooting
All services are delivered with professionalism, transparency, and best-effort troubleshooting.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments must be confirmed via phone, text, or email.
Please notify us of cancellations at least 24 hours in advance.
No-show or same-day cancellations may incur a $45 fee.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments (e.g., PayPal, Cashapp, etc.).
Late payments may be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month.
4. Liability & Device Handling
We will always handle your property with care and professionalism.
JJS In-Home Tech LLC is not liable for pre-existing hardware or software issues, nor for unforeseen data loss during repair or upgrade services.
Customers are responsible for backing up their data prior to service unless data backup is included in the service.
5. Data Privacy & Security
Any personal data or files accessed in the course of our work are kept strictly confidential.
We do not store, share, or sell your data.
We follow New York SHIELD Act guidelines to implement reasonable safeguards against unauthorized access or data breaches.
6. Warranties & Service Guarantees
Most services include a 30-day workmanship guarantee.
Product warranties (e.g., TV mounts, cables) are subject to manufacturer policies.
Diagnostic fees are non-refundable, but may be credited toward completed service.
7. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. The latest version will always be posted on our website.
